Shipping and returns
For your convenience, we have provided a translation of this page. This translation is for informational purposes only, and the definitive version of this page is the Italian version.
In this section you will find information relating to the shipments of your orders (times and costs).
We use two couriers, BRT and DHL, for both you can choose between home delivery or to BRT-fermopoint or to a DHL Point

Costs
Contributions to costs are calculated based on the value of the shipment.
For orders up to €59.99 the contribution will be €6.0, for orders of a higher value shipping will be free
Shipping
Orders placed on public holidays will be processed on the first following working day .
BRT or DHL, through the tracking sent via email, will allow the shipment to be monitored, at which time you can also choose to schedule delivery at the Point, if you are not at the address you initially indicated.
If there is no one to collect the package ,
- BRT will send an email to the recipient indicating a BRT-fermopoint within 2 km of the address where the package can be collected immediately. This will however remain in storage for a maximum of 10 days
- DHL will leave a notice in your mailbox and your package will be held in storage for a maximum of 14 days. By following the instructions contained therein you can have the package returned to a nearby DHL point .
In case of failure to collect, at the end of the storage period, the package will be returned to our office, and a refund will subsequently be made, net of shipping costs.
Replacements and returns

Here are the rules for replacement or return
If you decide to exercise your right of withdrawal, here are the steps to follow:
- inform us by email of your intention, within 14 days from the day you received the order (using our Return Form or other form),
- send the order back no later than 14 days from the date on which you communicated your wish to withdraw from the purchase contract.
- The Return Form can be found on the site ( click here ) and send it to us via e-mail ( info@bonjourlavie.it ).
- However, if you decide to use another form, remember to tell us the order number, product(s) purchased, name and address of the recipient, date of the order and date of receipt of the order
- The return must be in its original packaging , undamaged and with the seal intact.
- The packaging must be careful to avoid damage during transport. Courier sites can advise you on how to pack the product.

If you do not follow the instructions given in the General Conditions of Sale and in the Information on the Right of Withdrawal , we may not refund you completely or do so only partially.
Products damaged during shipping
Although maximum care is taken when packaging the package, it may happen that the product is damaged during transport. In this case, let us know promptly and in the event of a seriously damaged product we will replace it.
