Benefits
Jojoba, Je t'aime
Rich in antioxidants, it's fantastic for reducing damage caused by pollution and UV exposure.
Revitalises, nourishes and hydrates mature skin, leaving it toned, smooth and reducing the signs of age. For combination and oily skin, it improves the regulation of sebum production, also helping to purify the skin.
It helps delicate, sensitive skin and dry skin by recreating the natural protective barrier towards the outside and improving hydration. Regenerates and soothes irritated skin.
Things
It is a plant native to the desert areas of Arizona and the oil is obtained by cold pressing the seeds. Technically it is a liquid wax as it does not contain glycerin. It has a structure very similar to that of human sebum and this makes it extremely skin-friendly: suitable for all skin types, it is easily absorbed without leaving traces of grease
Curiosity
Rich in benefits for the skin and hair, jojoba oil should not be ingested. Although it is not toxic, it can still cause, let's say, unpleasant reactions.
