Benefits
The action that all skin wants
Plant sterols improve the quality of the skin's protective barrier and reduce water loss, giving that natural healthy look. Also suitable for sensitive skin and dry and dehydrated skin. They create protection against pollution and all those external aggressions to which everyone is subjected every day. They have a soothing action.
Things
They are obtained from the non-saponifiable fraction of vegetable oils. Being similar to cholesterol, they are also biomimetic, meaning they integrate perfectly with the structure of the skin. Cholesterol contributes to the structure of animal and human cell membranes. They are not synthesized by the body, but must necessarily be introduced from the outside.
Curiosity
Among the vegetables with the highest phytosterol content we find broccoli, Brussels sprouts, cauliflower, green and black olives.
